Reflections Of Joy

Have you ever walked into a group of people or a person and suddenly felt very gloomy or maybe instantly happy. What is it about some people that instantly makes us feel elated or depressed around them.

Scientists have identified a phenomenon called as Mirror Neurons, in our brain. These mirror neurons- mirror the exact behavior we see around us. According to studies, our brain is designed to mimic the emotional expressions of others. It is actually natures way of allowing us to feel what others feel. A smile stimulates these neurons to enhance social interaction and mood.

So, if that is true, please consider, how much are we affecting the people around us? Are we delivering, a happy or a gloomy environment for people around us? What would their mirror neurons be reflecting?

Imagine you wake up in the morning with the happiest of smile and walk around through out the day like that. What will our family and friends and their mirror neurons be reflecting? You would have a room full of happy people. I tested this theory it works .You should try it as well.
